Conditions & General InformationThe conditions below form the basis of the contract between you (the Consumer) and RoundBall Golf Tours (the Company). When you contact the Company to book your tour, you appoint us to act as your agent to obtain the requested services for you. No contract shall arise until the Company has received confirmation of booking from the Consumer and/or received deposit or full payment for the holiday and has issued written confirmation of its acceptance. All prices quoted are in USD$.RoundBall Golf Tours accepts the following forms of payment, Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard or American Express. USD Checks, made payable to RoundBall Golf Tours.Unless otherwise agreed and confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 40% (or other deposit amount that has been agreed in writing) of the total cost of the holiday (per person) is required to secure and confirm your reservations. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of payment request. The balance must be paid no less than 90 days of the date of commencement.All deposits paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Cancellation within 90-60 days of the date of commencement, 60% of the cost of the holiday will be forfeited.Cancellations within 60 days of the date of commencement, 100% of the cost of the holiday is forfeited. All cancellation charges apply to each person covered by a booking.Itinerary ChangeChanges or amendments can be made to a reservation subject to availability. If you wish to make any changes to your confirmed itinerary, you must notify us in writing. No amendment fee will apply for the first amendment to a confirmed tour. An amendment fee of $50 will apply to each subsequent change made after a booking has been confirmed.Alternations by the CompanyQuotations are provided on the absolute understanding that all services are subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to alter, curtail or cancel a holiday.
Responsibility The Company assumes no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, changes or inconvenience caused by: any force majeure – health risk - reason of war or threat of war – riots – civil strife – terrorist activity – industrial disputes – acts, omission, neglect, delay or default of any person engaged in providing any tour service including transportation and accommodation – technical problems to transport – closure or congestion or airports or ports – building work – extended hotel closure – cancellation or changes of schedules by airlines – interruption or failure or public utilities outside the control of the hotel or similar events beyond our control, including storms. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and wellbeing of the passengers or changes as a result of unexpected conflicts not indicated in our itinerary.InsuranceIt is strongly recommended that each trip participant takes out trip travel and trip cancellation insurance. All claims made against the insurance policy will be made directly to the insurer. The Consumer shall be responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
